History

Tyco Building Services was formed in 2001 with the amalgamation of CPM Building Services, Fire Control Building Products, Wormald Building Products and Tyco Building Services. Both CPM and TBS were Australian Capital Teritory based firms acquired by Tyco in 1995 and successfully operated under the Fire Control management structure as subcontractors and construction managers in the fit out and building works area.

Tyco Building Services, part of Tyco group of companies, works nationally on a wide scale of projects administered from the ACT and VIC region. The centralised administration from the ACT and VIC offers clients reduced costs instead of every project requiring this infrastructure set up cost locally. Local supervisors and project managers control the day-to-day activities of the project.
